Haier Biomedical Expands Team to Strengthen Customer Support and Meet Growing Demand

As part of our continued growth and commitment to providing outstanding customer support, Haier Biomedical is thrilled to announce the addition of three new members to our team and celebrate the promotions of key staff members.

We are excited to welcome Newton Lawani to our team. With a background in GMP pharmaceutical laboratory operations, Newton understands the importance of strong supplier relationships and having the right equipment for the job. His expertise in quality assurance, data analysis, and compliance with industry standards will be instrumental in supporting our customers in the dynamic and ever-growing London life science scene. Newton will work alongside Jessica Phang, who has been highly successful on the London territory. Jessica has been promoted to London Territory Sales Manager, and we’re excited to watch their team's success as we continue to expand our presence in the region.

Saif Latif joins our NHS team, bringing a wealth of experience in laboratory instruments/consumables sales and a strong foundation in regulatory standards. Saif is a dynamic Account Manager with a proven track record of driving digital transformation and managing complex client portfolios. His expertise in clinical selling will help him provide tailored solutions to meet our customers' specific needs. Saif's background in collaborating with healthcare professionals and KOLs and his experience in optimising lab workflows and implementing solutions will ensure that our customers in the North and Midlands receive exceptional support. His deep understanding of compliance and laboratory operations makes him a valuable resource in helping our customers maximise efficiency, enhance research outcomes, and stay ahead in their industries.

We are also pleased to welcome Christina Yi, who has joined our Sales and Marketing support crew. Christina has a strong academic background with a Medical Sciences BSc from the University of Leeds and has experience working as a Scientific Research Intern at Forschungszentrum Jülich in Germany. Christina will produce engaging videos for our social media channels, communicating all things Haier Biomedical, from product features to answering customer questions.

We look forward to seeing her creative approach to customer engagement.

Finally, we would like to congratulate Faraaz Ahmed, who has been promoted to Field Sales Manager. Faraaz will actively support our field team and customers, ensuring we continue to deliver on our promise of excellence in service and product delivery.
