UCool LoRa Monitoring System

Remote Monitoring:

Using 433mHz LoRa communication, multiple sensors record data and transmet back to a central gateway, which then communicates to the UCool EMA platform using the mobile network, allowing for remote monitoring of equipment - even in areas with poor network coverage.

Applications:

Used with warehouse, distribution and laboratory preparation and storage facilities for medicines, vaccines, blood, reagents, biological products and other temperature sensitive items. Primarily focussed on on storage from -196℃ to +8℃, they are also be used to monitor temperatures of incubators, climate chambers and drying ovens up to +150℃.

Long communication distance

433mHz LoRa wireless communications enables true wire-free communication of recorded data from point of capture to the UCool EMS platform, avoiding the need to install costly power or network infrastructure and cabling. The product can easily be installed by the end user, or by Haier Biomedical's fully trained engineers.

Local sound and light alarm

After setting the parameters for the sensors on the UCool EMS platform, the sensors will alarm locally using a flashing LED and 70dB buzzer to alert users in the event of an excursion or sensor error.

Micro-USB export local data

It is equipped with a micro-USB interface to connect computer software for local data export, firmware upgrade and system parameter configuration.

Power supply mode

Using user replaceable Lithium batterues, the sensors functions without an external power supply. The gateway has a 48-hour back-up battery, in the event of a power failure it will continue transmitting data until the power is restored.

Pluggable aviation plug

After installation of the probe, the transmitter can be disconnected and removed separately for operation
Broken or damaged probes can be replaced by the user, without replacing the transmitter
The robust aviation plug provides better electromagnetic protection that a 3.5mm audio connector
