This month we welcome new members to Haier Biomedical’s sales and service operation to provide better support to our customers across the UK from Land’s End to John o’Groats.
Introducing Alena, Darran, Hassan and Jade to you.
Originally from Russia, Alena relocated to London in 2010 and has over 5 years’ experience within the healthcare and medical devices sector. Alena is dedicated and professional sales and business development specialist who understands the importance of building long-standing relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Alena will be supporting customers in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Herts, Beds, Essex, Kent and East Sussex – she will also support our London area representative Harry Pomfret with private companies, clinics and hospitals.
Darran joins Haier Biomedical with a wealth of experience selling both capital equipment and consumables. Having worked in the healthcare sector for over 20 years, he understands complex procurement processes and the need to work across departments and at all levels. A consummate professional, who’s customers appreciate his honest, reliable, straight-forward approach and his efforts to ensure they get the best service possible. Darran joins the UK’s sales team and will be looking after our customers in the north of England.
Hassan has a Biomedical Sciences degree and a background of selling into the NHS and private healthcare across the south of England and Wales, particularly within facilities and estate management, as well as procurement. Hassan is an outgoing and friendly person, who takes a real interest in his customers and their problems, doing all he can to help and support them. He’ll be out across southern England over the coming months to introduce himself to customers, listening to them to identify future requirements.
Jade joins our UK service team and she’s the friendly voice at the end of telephone and the first point of call for all our customers requiring routine maintenance or breakdown support. She’s worked within customer services many years and strongly believes in the important of listening and understanding the customer’s problem. Jade will also keep in touch with those who have expressed an interest in new service contracts and renewals for existing contracts.
